Former poker pro takes to the felt and wins.

Jason “strassa2” Strasser, a former full-time poker pro turned investment banker, bested a field of 591and took the World Series of Poker Circuit Foxwoods Main Event title along with a $186 600 pay cheque.

Strasser played full time professional poker for two years around 2005 to 2007 before pursuing a career in investment banking.

“Everyone has gotten amazing in poker in the last five years. They’re so much better than I am at this point,” Strasser said in a WSOP interview.
