Teething troubles at Ultimate Poker.

By RP, August 27, 2013

Barely days after the launch of an upgraded version of the Ultimate Poker software last Saturday, posts are appearing on the twoplustwo forum detailing software crashes and other fundamental failures such as pay-out technical glitches.

Several frustrated players claim they reported the flaws, only to be told that their complaints had been escalated to management, but nothing further has been heard.

Typical of the posts, one professional player wrote:

“The software still crashes WAY too often. It has happened 4-5 times to me today while playing six tables, and I get booted from them all. This has cost me a lot of money in hands I was involved during the crashes.”

Ultimate Gaming, the parent company of Nevada’s first and so far only legal online poker operation, has yet to respond to the twoplustwo thread.
