Amaya Gaming, the parent group of the Pokerstars and Full Tilt online poker brands, is pulling out all the stops this (September) month, with each brand running separate online tournaments over similar timeframes.
The major action will be over at Pokerstars, where $45 million in prize pools guarantees over 70 events will be on offer in the PokerStars’ 2015 World Championship of Online Poker, starting September 6 and running through to September 27.
Full Tilt will launch its online Full Tilt Classic, targeting mainly recreational players, on September 11, running through September 20 with twenty tournaments and $270,000 in guaranteed prizes, along with 40 side events and buy-ins ranging between $10 to $100.
The schedule caters for player favourites like 4-max, 6-max, and full-ring variations on NLHE, limit hold’em, PLO, no-limit and six-card Omaha and PLO hi/lo, Razz, 10-game, and 25-game.
Satellites will as usual be available, and free-rolls will be held twice daily.
