Online poker operator Poker Heaven is to close its virtual doors on November 12 after a decade of involvement in the industry.
Without giving reasons for its decision, the company has contacted players and affiliates informing them of the shutdown and advising players to clear out any positive balances in their accounts before November 19, when the cashier service will end.
Players who do not cash out will find their funds, which the company says are fully protected, have been paid back to the original channel through which they were deposited.
VIP and loyalty benefits were halted on November 2 to streamline the closure process.
