Croatian poker pro Ivan Banic is Euro 232,241 wealthier this week after winning the 2016 WSOP Circuit Rozvadov Main Event against a field of 851 entrants at King’s Casino, Rozvadov in the Czech Republic.

Banic also received a free pass to compete in the end-of-season World Series of Poker Global Casino Championship, and a WSOP Circuit winner’s ring.

In the heads up, Banic faced German ace Yehuda ‘Chikita’ Cohen, who had enjoyed an exhilarating ride through the field with some major double ups.

The duo found themselves the last men standing following the exit at third for Euro 103,441 of Romania’s Mihai Croitoru after a clash with Banic, who by that stage commanded a massive chip lead.

The heads up confrontation with Cohen was a brief affair due to Banic’s 9 to 1 chip advantage and was over in two hands, leaving Cohen with a second placing pay check of Euro 144,551.

Other final table cashes included:

Georgios Vrakas Euro 80,037
Michal Kadziela Euro 63,059
Marco Topic Euro 49,356
Henning Wendlandt Euro 36,502
Stefan Drabert Euro 25,102
