Next month will see the launch of the fifth edition of 888Poker’s popular Super XL Series, this time offering forty competitions, a guaranteed prize pool of a million dollars on the $1,050 buy-in main event, and a total of $3 million guarantees on prizes.
May 14 to 22 are the dates to diarise for this festival of poker, which includes Mini and Main events catering for both low and high rollers, and a Turbo competition for the fast-trackers.
Highlights of the festival are likely to be the Main Event on May 22; a $600 buy-in Whale tourney with a guaranteed $200,000 prize pool; and a $2,100 buy-in High Roller competition with a $400,000 guarantee.

With tournaments from PartyPoker (Powerfest) and Pokerstars (SCOOP) also scheduled for May, it’s likely to be a hectic month, with over $50 million of prize money waiting for punters.
