Two Chinese survivors clashed in the heads up of the HK$100,000 buy-in Asia-Pacific Poker Tour Macau High Roller Monday after surviving an aggressive field of 73 other combative competitors.
Chinese pros Liang Yu and Shunu Zang – both talented and experienced players – mixed it up on the final day of the event, with Zang suffering a most unfortunate bad beat in the closing stages which sent him home with a second placing pay day of HK$ 1,711,000, and gave Yu the honours and the HKD$2,492,500 (around US $321,519.14) main prize.
