Full Flush Poker (FFP) on the Equity Poker Network (EPN) has acquired European-focused online poker room Integer Poker for an undisclosed consideration.
Full Flush Poker’s acquisition will expand EPN’s presence in the European market once again following the network’s purchase of Action Poker earlier this year (see previous report).
The integration and transition of Integer Poker customer accounts to Full Flush Poker took place today (Tuesday). Integer Poker customers were required to download the Full Flush Poker client before logging in using their existing Integer Poker username and password.
“The obvious synergy between our two brands has made the decision to take Integer Poker’s players on board a ‘no-brainer’. It fits perfectly with our quest to further establish FFP as a global online poker room, with viable and healthy markets outside of the U.S. We’re excited to offer Integer Poker’s players the complete Full Flush Poker experience, and we’re happy to welcome them to the family,” said a Full Flush Poker statement.
