Full Tilt Poker has introduced Jackpot Sit & Go Tournaments, giving those with a big poker appetite but limited time to play the chance to quickly hit a jackpot.
The concept pits players against just two opponents with a variable prize pool of up to $20,000 at the $10 buy-in level.
As soon as players are matched with two opponents from the same buy-in level – either $1, $2, $5 or $10 – the prize pool is randomly multiplied between two times and 2,000 times the buy-in. After a brief moment of suspense while the prize pool is decided, the players then battle it out with a Super Turbo structure.
“From the random prize pool draw at start of play to the fast-paced structure and format, Jackpot Sit & Go Tournaments have been designed to provide players, even if they only have a few minutes to play, a truly exciting way to compete for big prizes,” said Sarne Lightman, Full Tilt Poker’s director of marketing.
