Two years from launch, UK-based online poker operator PKR has shuttered its AAMS approved online poker platform.
PKR.it’s software was taken offline yesterday (Tuesday), the company said in a communication to affiliates, as the Italian poker market is “not viable for PKR at this time”.
The domain’s landing page advises Italian customers with positive account balances to proceed with withdrawal requests.
The company said it would now focus its efforts on markets which “can more efficiently drive our business forward.”
