The usually high profile professional poker ace Phil Hellmuth, now aged 50, says he has turned down an invitation to join the ABC reality television program “Wife Swap”.
ABC promotional material describes the show as:
“The mothers in two celebrity families with vastly diverse values switch homes (but not bedrooms) — embarking on a journey like no other and revealing the various ways some controversial celebrities live their lives.”
Tweeting his rejection of the proposal, Hellmuth wrote: “Have an offer to be on ABC television show “Wife Swap,” but wife won’t do it! Though I’m SURE she would look amazing!”
Other poker celebrities who have taken up invitations to appear in US reality shows include Maria Ho, and Tiffany Michelle who appeared in the Amazing Race, and Jean-Robert Bellande who competed in the hit show Survivor.
