The schedule for next year’s Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure tournament has been released, showcasing 104 events over the period January 8 to 14 and featuring a main event buy-in slashed in half at just $5,300.
Edgar Stuchly, who is the Pokerstars director for live events, commented in a company statement this week:
“We have seen extraordinary growth in our live events in Europe and we’re excited about emulating this success at the PCA. EPT Barcelona is breaking records on a daily basis and our aim is to give PCA players the same kind of experience. We will do this by tripling the number of tournaments and offering a wider variety of buy-in levels to suit every player.”
The schedule includes a $100,000 Super High Roller and a one-day $50,000 High Roller event, along with the regular $25,000 High Roller, and three $10,000 events. Ten other events carry buy-ins of $5,000 apiece, and at the lower end there are plenty of $120 and up buy-in opportunities.
