Online poker provider Pokerstars has announced that its European Poker Tour Grand Final will again be part of the successful Monaco Festival at the famous Monte Carlo Casino in Monaco.
A total of 48 events are planned over the eleven days of the festival, and the organisers have included more $500 or less buy-in tournaments than any other EPT stop.
Taking place from April 23 to May 2, the EPT Grand Final will be held in collaboration with the France Poker Series (FPS) for the first time at the EPT Monaco festival.
There will be two main events: a Euro 1,100 buy-in FPS tournament, and a $10,600 buy-in EPT main event.
“The EPT has been leading the way in live poker for ten years, and this year’s EPT Grand Final will be the biggest and best ever,” said EPT president Ed Stauchly this week.
“With more tournaments than ever before at lower buy-ins alongside our other events, plus a wide range of cash games, a greater variety of players will be able to experience the EPT, creating a fuller festival atmosphere.”
