The big week followed a previous tally of $358,238 the player earned in the preceding week, the High Stakes Data Base reports.
Samrostan’s nearest rivals were way behind him in earnings over the seven days – “taktloss47” (up $116,942) and Alex “Alexonmoon” Luneau (up $102,619) on Full Tilt Poker, and Vladimir “Gvozdika55” Shchemelev (up $104,535) on PokerStars.
Phil “OMGClayAiken” Galfond took the biggest hit of the period; having lost $166,370 in the preceding week, he had a significantly worse experience this week, dropping $620,888 in 5,708 hands over 28 sessions.
Other big losers included Ronny “ronnyr37617” Kaiser (down $215,448) and Viktor “Isildur1” Blom (down $134,450).
