Tomsk, Russia-based gambling software provider Connective Games LLC and the Bosnian operator Balkan Texas d.o.o. based in Banja Luka have inked an agreement to combine technical and other resources in creating an Eastern Europe-focused online poker network.
The two companies said in an announcement Monday that an intensive two-month set-up period is envisaged in which the prime goal for both companies is to create and build a specialist team which will manage the day to day running of the network.
Commenting on the strength of the partnership, Dean Todorovic, CEO of Balkan Texas d.o.o. and Konstantin Zubarev, CEO of Connective Games LLC said:
“We realised from the very beginning that our companies shared the same values and that together we could build a strong collaboration based on trust, flexibility and complete transparency. Our main priority will be to establish a poker network that offers an enjoyable and engaging player experience, whilst building a strong and loyal poker playing community.”
The duo claim there has already been great interest from operators within the target market who want to build liquidity in Eastern Europe.
The two companies have discussed collaboration before, according to internet material which shows that in 2011 the GLI test labs conducted an assessment of the Connective Gaming RNG and other elements for Balkan Texas to ensure it met the requirements of the Malta regulator.
