German poker pro Jan-Eric Schwippert has claimed the Five Diamond World Poker Classic $100,000 buy-in Super High Roller title after agreeing a chop with Tom Marchese during heads up play.
The deal saw Schwippert ultimately best a total field of 38 to win a career high of $1,439,274.
It tops off a lucrative week for Schwippert who made a total of $2.3 million off three final tables which, along with this win, saw him finish sixth in an event at the Aria for $51,600 and third at the Bellagio for 134,160.
Marchese pocketed a whopping $1,018,566 for his second place finish, the sixth seven-figure win of his career.
