The recent banning by the Twitch streaming service of poker coach Casey “bigdogpckt5s” Jarzabek for inadvertently streaming some rather risque, decidedly non-poker content is perhaps another timely reminder to Twitch streamers that whatever you have on-screen or on-camera is being broadcast as long as the stream is active.
This seemingly obvious fact has escaped the notice of several streamers recently, with embarrassing consequences for forgetting to deactivate.
Reporting on the latest debacle, the online publication Part Time Poker tells the tale of Jarzabek’s downfall and subsequent banning by Twitch for broadcasting inappropriate content…however inadvertently.
The poker coach is reportedly taking the ban with good humour, but his supporters are attempting to get Twitch to reconsider.
